Oak Bay is a small quaint community

This is to voice my opposition to the proposed 5 story development (“The Quest”) at 2326 Oak bay Avenue.

Oak Bay does not need additional multi-story buildings filling in every small lot that comes available. Oak Bay is a small quaint community that is a desirable place to live for that very reason. The community plan you spent so much time on a few years ago was meant to be a guideline to help retain the character and look of the community. Previous councils had ignored the earlier version of the community plan often with the excuse that it was outdated. The new plan can’t possibly be outdated already. Please follow the OCP and vote against this development proposal.
