Too large for the property

This is to let you know that I am opposed to the proposed development at 2326 Oak Bay Ave. It is too large for the property, creates more of a sprawl of large buildings in the village core, and is in contravention of the Official Community Plan.

I would like to add that the unique character of Oak Bay is negatively changing as a result of Council allowing small, relatively affordable, character homes to be replaced with large million dollar single or multiple dwelling housing that very few of our younger generation can afford.
