Resubmit a proposal that complies with the OCP

Dear Council, As a long time resident of Oak Bay and one with a strong interest in retaining the unique character of the Municipality I wish to object to the developer's proposal for 2326 Oak Bay Avenue. In my view the current proposal is designed to maximize profit for the developer with disregard for the OCP. PLEASE reject this proposal and inform the developer to resubmit a proposal that complies with the OCP and makes a concerted effort to respect the wishes of the neighbourhood.
