Totally inappropriate for the lot in question

I am writing to express my opposition to the developer’s proposal for 2326 Oak Bay Ave. I am extremely alarmed to see how fast the character of our beautiful neighbourhood is changing for the worse.

The proposed building is too high and too large, and totally inappropriate for the lot in question. It will have a negative environmental impact.

I trust the Oak Bay Council loves this unique municipality, and will do everything possible to protect and preserve it. There are many apartment buildings in Oak Bay that do respect its character and fit well. There’s no need for massive and damaging constructions!
