Better ways to provide 14 desirable units

To whom it might concern:

Please add my name to the group of Oak Bay residents who object to the developer’s current proposal for the above property.

As a retired Architect with extensive experience in housing development it is my opinion that there

are better ways to provide 14 desirable units on this site without extensive excavation.

Just one alternative that could be explored would be three-storey townhouses, each with its own carport at ground level, achievable without affecting the beautiful tree on the adjacent property.
