Cut it in the bud

To Oak Bay Council

Again we write to oppose an unreasonable request for a development in Oak Bay.

All the usual arguments against the proposal apply as indicated in the pamphlet (attached) which has been circulated with the petition opposing the current plan.

These proposals are getting more and more outlandish. The greed, and the lack of consideration for the local residents is astonishing.

We doubt that anyone would want to hoist this development on their friends and their family members.

It's unlikely that the developer would.

Surely spending time discussing this proposal is a waste of everyone's time.

Better to cut it in the bud and deal with more urgent matters.
