Non-compliance with the OCP

The Mayor and Council of Oak Bay,

We are very much against the proposed Condo development of 2326 Oak Bay Ave and its associated noncompliance with the OCP. Permitted guidelines were established by Oak Bay Council in order - I suggest - to avoid this very serious problem, we, the residents of Oak Bay are now facing. We

should not be expected to face public hearings where developers can come in, apply for permits to build whatever the builder deemed to be most profitable - in clear contravention to the existing building code and said OCP requirements.

I would like to point out and I assume this to be a fact, the O C P was created to protect the spirit and soul of Oak Bay.
